Needed a new light duty MIG for general work (had been using a lincoln 135 for small jobs. Found this like new Miller 175 at an estate sale. Built a cart for it from scrap steel. Havent added provisions for cables yet, and am thinking of mounting my plasma below. Total cost INCLUDING THE WELDER was $250.

Sweet, it looks like a modified shopping cart.
How stable is it with the tank secured behind the back casters?

It seems stable enough I can stand on the back with the tank (220lbs+tank) and it doesnt want to tip Shape was more or less dictated by the scraps I had laying around. I actually didnt do any bending, the stuff was just leftovers from various projects. . . or maybe I was hungry when I built it :D
