I have a 96 Ford Bronco with the
8.8 rearend, Im trying to find out if I have a wheel
bearing retainer ring on the rear axleshaft, anyone know???

If I remember correctly there is a retainer ring for the bearing. just no flange plate. as it is a c clip to retain the axle

If you mean a lock ring like a ford 9" then no you dont.
The 8.8 is a C-clip design. The bearing rides on the axle shaft it self, unlike the 9" which has a inner race that as part of the bearing and is presseed on to the axle shaft and then retained by a lock ring.
On your 8.8, you will remove the dif center pin retaining bolt, remove the center pin, push the axle shaft in, and remove the c-clip, the axle shaft will now come out and the bearing and seal will stay in the housing.
