I just looked at that. From what I could tell it's 25% off their regular prices, so if you're looking at something in one of their mail sale flyers you're not gonna get 25% off that sale price. I guess it could be an ok deal on regular price stuff, but their hand tool prices aren't exactly competitive unless on sale.
