I have a 70' J3000 Gladitar....the stock springs(i assume) are about to give and are sagging badly. Since i'm about to replace them I would like to get some lift out of the new springs....It's already sprung over. What springs what work....Someone on here told me GM springs, but i forget what type they told me...any advice?? <IMG SRC="smilies/grinpimp.gif" border="0">

I Had a J3000.. loved it.

anyway I just took my springs to a spring shop had them rebuild and recurved for lift. Cause of the recurve they added a leaf that stiffend it up. probably too much but the beast still went everywhere

I never thought about that, i'll have to check into that, i would love to have National Spring build me a set, but I have a YJ project i'm trying to get done and don't have alot of spare cash to throw at the J3000(yet!!) I took a rough measurment of the springs and i got like 38"(just a rough measure though) Any body have info on maybe waggy springs??
