I have the chance to pick this up but I’m just not that familiar with them and could use some insight. I understand they’re fun as hell, like a 10/22 on ‘roids.

This one’s a shooter. Cycles perfect and shoots straight.

The serial number is in the 6 millions, I’m guessing that’s a late model close to end of production? It was made by Inland and has an Underwood barrel.

Some other ‘expert’ looked at it and because of the marking ‘Blue Sky Manufacturing’ on the side of the barrel, he says it was re-imported into the country in the 60’s or 70’s. So maybe it saw some action somewhere, Korea or the Phillipines?

The stock is not original (no armory markings, hence a shooter and not a collector) but is in perfect shape and all original looking. I’d attach a pic, but it just looks like every other damn M1 you’ve ever seen.

Should I?

Depends on the price. $100 most definitely. $10,000 hell no.

*gulp* He's asking $400.

Remember though, I'm in the PRK.
