Sicko's.....why would you open a thread like that? :flipoff2:

They took off an inch at the diff cover, so that is almost 2 inches total considering that damn big lip is gone now too!

I am VERY happy! No price yet, I will let you know. Being the first one they have done, they need to figure that in to the labor.

Here is an old diff cover placed behind my "shaved" diff cover.

Gawd that thing is big.

Good thing to have the piggy diet plan ;)

sweet.

When you are done with it fill those 42's to 20lbs and measure the clearance. I want to compare it to mine.

Nice work! What was the verdict on the ring gear? Did they have to trim it down too?

On the engine, they finished the wiring harness patch where I was missing the critical piece.

Look on the passenger side firewall at the wiring.

New radiator is in, and they are firing her up tomorrow for the first time......

Ah Grasshopper.....

No, there is a Ton of crap missing from this D60....

This RCD60 had a substantial lip that hung down below the cover. Also, they cut the bottom at the same angle it will be sitting in the truck, ie it won't have the wrong contour when installed.

The piece they welded in looked about 4 inches wide....

It is the "made for Cruiser" one that Man-a-Fre sells. I think it is a Be Cool.

It was about $50 less than the Be Cool that Butch put in that Cherry conversion he did.

I likes it b/c it worked with the stock Cruiser radiator housing and it has a built in tranny cooler.
