Does anyone know if the automatic hubs on a 91 S-10 can be swaped with manual hubs of the same or earlier vintage.

You might wanna think about putting a crash helmet on... You are gonna get slammed for a question like that...

S10's don't have locking hubs like pre-IFS rigs. The 4 wheel drive engagement is done inside the front diff. Out at the wheel, there is a bearing unit that the half shaft slides through.
