I an having a hell of a time find a small piece of 2.125 o.d. / .188 wall d.o.m. tubbing for use as a sleeve. Can someone refer me to a place that sells tubbing by the foot or do any of you happen to have some that you woulsd sell?

will it be an inner or outer sleeve? if its an inner sleeve you could get something a little thicker and larger OD and have it turned down on a lathe.

I experienced the same delima when building my HP D60 the place that actually stocked the stuff had a minimum $300 order.

I explained the project and the dimensions and he suggested 2" schedule 160 pipe. It measures 2.375 OD and 1.689 ID plenty of room for the 1.5" 35 spline axle shaft to fit through and the OD can be turned down to fit the RC D60 tube at 2.125. I paid $15 for a 15" piece of SCH160 drop from my local pipe supply.
