That's right (HEY HOBIE!) because they are tired of seeing "Matt Messer Wins Donner"! Nothing against Matt but there has to have been something worthy of the front page since that event. It is in bad need of updates. Who is responsible (HOBIE!) for updating the site? (HOBIE!) :D:D:D

MVM says he's working on it and it should be back up soon.

Check out the site it actually has info from this year! Thanks to Wes #510 (jeep07) here on the east coast we finally have some recent info and pics. Brett Porter (80proof) will handle all the west coast stuff and Wes and I will take care of the east. If you have ride or comp info and pics try to get them to the appropriate person for your area to get them on the www.formulatoy.org site asap. Let us know what you think of the changes and anything you would like to see added. We had a photos page that users could add to and i'm not sure if that still works or not but it will be updated so you can add your pics directly to that page.

Brett and I aren't pros at this so bear with us and if any of it sucks blame Wes as he's the only one who really knows what he's doing.:D:D:D

I would think making a publicly available build section would help increase traffic and posts too.

I upped the quota size so you should be able to add more photos. Also making a publicly available build section? Can you go into more detail? Like a section on the forum or a section on the website? We can make it happen now.

I think in the public section of the bulletin board. it'd be a repeat of this section on pirate sorta and we'd have to make ourselves go there and post up stuff, but it'd give interested parties something to see in the forum without having to own an ftoy.

Or maybe we could have a section on the website, were we could actually as teams/owners of ftoys work on a personal/team/rig writeup, photos of the build and of them wheeling it'd be a good section to have on the site. kind of like a profile.

I agree with the Team profile page. I appreciate that WEROCK has it, even though I haven't used it, but it could be a useful tool all on one website.

If you make a fill in the blankish page like the we-rock ones, but with better picture sizing, we could handle filling it up.

Hey for those Ftoy owners that have an account on ForumlaToy.Org please send me a PM with your login name only please. If you don't have an account please create one by going to www.formulatoy.org (http://formulatoy.org/php/index.php?option=com_registration&task=register) and registering. After doing that send me, 80proof or mtbrjon a pm and we will get your account access to create a team profile page. (The form to do this is under chassis registry/create your profile. The created profiles are under chassis registry/team profiles.

I created one with some basic details and 2 pics. (Pics are hosted in either the foto gallery on ftoy.org or you can just put some pics on photobucket or something and link to them there.) The editing is pretty simple and very similar to positng on PBB. If you can try to put the chassis # first in the title then the team name.

Hopefully this will give new comers a good resource for info etc.

It worked. It puts them in a bucket for us to authorize. It's up there now.

Copy/paste your existing one and create a new one. We will then unpublish the old and add the new. (With the current setup this was the fastest/easiest way for me to get this working without spending a ton of time writing code) I will look for another module that will give us more control but right now this is the best I could come up with.
