xjjeep4x4 03-19-2008, 08:50 PM so the other day i was out breaking in the new gears and went up a steeep ass hill and when i got out of the truck i smelled gas looked at the gorund and say about $10.00 of gas on the ground:mad3: so i went down and got a new gas cap and still gas comes out of the filler, how the fuck or what the fuck can i do to keep in in the tank? Sounds steep, I would suggest a different approach to break in new gears....as in an easy ride...:D Is your present tank vented in anyway? Is it under press? My tank is vented and drips when filled to the point the pump clicks off.......it is vented by mother nature and her rust wand to the top of the tank.
