To those fortunate enough to own beadlock
wheels I have to request to all of you:

Could you post some pictures of your wheels
with the tire not installed? I would like
to see the "side-view" profile of the beadlock/ and wheel itself.

How about it?? I'm not asking for anyone to
dismount tires and stuff, just hoping that
somebody has pictures of their rims before
they mounted tires.

I'm REALLY interested in aluminum rims,
like Champion Wheel's rims, but also need
to see different steel wheels too.

I'm just curious to see how the wheel manufacture's make their rims, and if
any manufacturer uses contoured beadlock
surfaces. Mucho-thank you!

I'm having some real issues w/ this new BBS software. Now, I'm restricted to uploading 1 pic at a time.

Anyways, here's a pic of new Champions 15x10.

There are more pics in the archives. Use the search.

Here is a pic from MRT's website that should explain it..

The MRT diagram is basically how the Champions work as well.

A few differences on Champions:
-the champion beadlock is a FLAT aluminum ring
-the "inner ring" noted in the diagram above is machined/notched for the tire bead to fit into
-the 24 bolts holes are tapped and countersunk at an angle to "pull" the beadlock to the middle of the wheel

Hope this helps...

And in this one the side already started inside the tire is the beadlocked side (you can see the silicone shining if you look close)
