Ok, I couldn't get much constructive input before starting, so, lets see if I can get some constructive input now after it’s mostly done. Since these pics were taken, I've added an "X" to the halo that crosses on the center of the main hoop and ties into the halo at the front and rear riser joints. I've also added gussets on the a-pillar riser going up to the front of the halo, both sides of the main hoop to the halo, and going up from the rear angled brace to the back of the hoop. Anyone got something constructive to add? See any problems that I need to correct? Here (http://www.members.cox.net/russhuffman/cage/cage.html) are the pics.

BTW, the main hoop "V" is offset behind the main hoop by about 5" to provide "head room" for driver and co-pilot. It has gussets that tie it into the joint between halo and main hoop. Main cage is 1.75 x 0.120 HREW with gussets of 1” x 0.120…

When I get this finished, and the trails reopen (and it cools off) lets find out! :D I wanna get this thing out onto some of the tough trails to see what it (and I) can handle...

LOL, aint it though! That's in there now just for fitting and because I don't care if welding spatter burns into it. I also have a better factory bench I was given that may go in. But, if I can find one for a reasonable price, I want one of those 40/20/40 split bench seats like my Ram has. Either way, I want optional seating for 3 across in front and 2 in the back so the family can come along.
