I have a tilt steering column that came in my 73 CJ5. It is a tilt wheel out of a chevy. My problem is that the wheel pulls out approximately 1 inch when you pull on it. The jeep still steers, but this is totally a pain in the ass. Is there a way to fix this problem, or do I need a new steering column? If so, what make and model vehicle do I need to pull one from? Thanks
