: f250/f450 Unit Bearings Interchange? roctaco 03-24-2008, 06:10 PM I have a D60 from a '02 Superduty, wondering if unit bearings from a f450 are interchangeable. I may have to replace when rebuilding axle and thought the f450 parts might be substantially beefier, however, I'm not looking to create more work than necessary if they're not an easy swap. You are correct. The unit bearing is 8x170mm, and there is an adapter to 10-lug. Anyone tells you different they are wrong. Here are pics of a '00 F450 D60 front. I can't 100% remember whether the unit bearing is the same but if my memory serves me right my Ford parts guy said they interchange between F250 and up. They appear to be the same.
