Is there a difference in the sway bar stiffness of a 01 excursion v10 and 03 f-350 diesel?

Im not using the one off my project (obviously) and the ex has a shit ton of body roll. thinking of swapping them and putting on some Bilstein shocks.

Measure diameter, thicker one will be stiffer.

Arm length, one hollow one solid will also change it but when comparing two basicly identical parts this should tell you.

I was just going to do the shocks but figured the sway bar swap might help also.
