D60HD Rear hub removal

I have a D60HD from a 76 F250 and need help with the rear hubs. Are they removable from the drum? If so, what is the best method? The look like they are part of the drum because there is a lot of rust.

Knock the 8 wheel studs out and the drum and hub will seperate.
