I might have some for ya in a couple months (maybe years though ;) ). I'm planning on shortening my 67 tub to be close to pickup cab length... but I'm no where near that part of the build yet.:D

My old 67 is sitting in my driveway right now and they look EXACTLY the same way! (belongs to someone else now)

I was planning on cutting out the offending part and having some sheet metal replacements bent up. Heavy guage of course.

While you're at it, you might as well make them taller like gunmetalcruz did. I think if you have to fab the rear wheelwells anyways, this makes perfect sense from a wheeling standpoint. More tire clearance with less lift.

mine were rusted out so i replaced both sides with 3/16" sheet steel.
