White Tanks Cleanup

For people who four wheel off of Watson road in Buckeye, it is in danger of being shut down due to people who do not respect the trails. We have organized a cleanup for Sunday March 30. We have cooperation from a number of local companies along with Buckeye Police Dept. The Buckeye branch of Maricopa County Sheriffs Dept. has agreed to have a deputy present. We have already had a strong response from other forums online. We would greatly appreciate it for whoever would like to show some support. See you there!

We have the info up on virtualjeep.com and dezertrangers.com. We are in the process of having a dumpster provided from allied waste. Most of the companies are tenative at this time but we will provide more information throughout the week. So far we have between 15-20 people wanting to come.

We have response from all the websites we have posted on including dezertrangers.com. I posted on there because I am on there all the time and I have had good response from people. Virtualjeepclub.com is wherer we are getting most of our support and they had originally planned it but canceled it so we helped spark the interest back up.

We will be meeting Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. on Watson road North of I-10. We will have trash bags, tools, gloves etc. provided.

Hey just wanted to say thanks to anyone who got out there on Sunday. The cleanup was a big success. If you didn't make it out to this one, we will definately be planning another one soon.
