I plan on buying some Ford shock towers but after getting a part # (E5TZ-18183-A ) off of this board i went to the dealership to order the mounts. After looking at the Microfish at the dealership the mounts looked like they were for shocks with a single pin on the top not an eye. Can someone clarify that they will indeed work with my RS5012s.

Go to the dealer, tell them you want shock mounts off a F350 97 02 range.

I dont have my partnumbers here to give to you but I am running 9012s on the front of my heep.

The pre-99 Super Duty shock tower is what you are looking for.

get the ones off of an 85 f250 i believe. they are only two bolt but they cost about $12 ea. whereas the ones off of a newer f350 have 4 bolts but cost about $40-50 ea. I forgot the part # but its here on the board somewhere.

Thanks i went to the dealership today and ordered some for a 87 F250 (the two bolt ones). the part # was E5TZ-18183-A. The pre 85 mounts are for the pedistal mounted shocks but the 86 and up mounts are for the eye mounted shocks. They were $12.88 each.
