This kid at my school bought a "92 z71 show truck for 25k. It had 6" susp, 3" body, 39.5 TSLs, and 4.10 gears in the rear (no front drive shaft). It had pink, chrome, and baby blue frame, drivetrain, and undercarraige. The truck had never been in 4wd. He bought a front drive shaft, and he didn't know that if he put it in 4wd w/ 3.42's in front and 4.10s in rear that it would mess anything up. Well it tore the transfer case in half basically, and f'd up alot of other things. He just sold it for about 10k.

I thought it LOOKED cool, until I got close to it and saw IFS and 10 bolt, and pink, and chrome, and baby blue, and other POS symbols. He didn't know that buying a :barf: truck would cost him as much money as it did. Sorry, I just think that it was :rainbow:.

Well it sounds as if you are young, everyone learns one way or another but damn thats one hell of a hard lesson.
