I am not a Chevy guy at all. I am a Toyota guy. but I hae built a new toy. it is on a chevy astro van and it is a tank for paintball and my military traing company. we any how the problem is it is not starting and running. I bought the thing with title in hand for $300 dollars since he tranny had no 3rd gear or OD in it (doesnt matter to me it will only be traveling at 5 mph)

the problem is it is not starting/running fuel pump was changed yester day along with the fuel filter
ignition is good. new cap, rotor, and coil....plugs are old need to be changed.
it is TBI

Are the plugs firing? if they are, spray some starting fluid or prime it with gas and see if it starts. if it starts then, it's not getting gas

yeah check the plugs, cap/rotor coil wire and coil

if it starts with starting fluid you have a fuel issue as he said

if you replaced the fuel pump did you reconnect the ground?

does the pump run?
