i already repaced the sensor on the rear axle, the old one fell apart taking it out, but still nothing. is there anyway to test the electrical wires in the truck?

HELP ME!!!!!!!!! this is pissin me off!

i figured it out... fyi, i did a ford d-60 front axle conversion, when i did this it eliminated the front abs/speed sensors. so the speedo was only working off the rear axle, I knew this wouldnt be a problem, but last week I disconnected the abs motor and computer assembly because it was no longer needed, abs sucks anyways. well when i diconnected the motor i lost the speedo but didnot realize it till a day later, and thought it was something else. to sum it up Im big dummy for not realizing that the speed sensor signal goes through the abs computer BEFORE the speedo. so if the speedo quits in your truck, check wiring, the vss on the rear axle, there is a big connecter by the front drivers front door jamb, then connectors on the abs motor assembly. I replaced the vss in my tuck for nothing
