i have a magnaflow cat for a chevy 4.3l it has o2 sensors in it. from what i can remember atleast one is new maybe two. the cat was only ran for a few minutes to get the truck on a car hauler and then plans changed and i stripped the truck. there are no dents. great shape. bought new for $420 asking $200. if interested call vince 530 559 2366
