Damn ARB. Got an air leak, so I ordered some seals and removed the ARB. When I push the brass line down thru the diff so I can remove the carrier, I broke the brass line at the bearing/washer.

Is this fixable, re-braze it or just order the replacement part?

Plus I was taking off the small bolts. They are either 7MM or 9/32. I got all but two off and these are just rounding out. It looks like I will drill them out tomorrow.

Anybody know what size these bolts are? is it 7MM? There is like NO head to get a socket to bite on. Totally frustrating.

Thanks

I cracked mine on my D44 in the same place... only I did it during install.

I called ARB directly, and they sent me a new one for $22

As stated above, contact ARB, they are great about having and getting the parts you need. I believe the bolts are 7mm, think Australian mate:D. Good luck.
