Are these smaller adapters than original SBC ones? From my measurements they are.
Whats my options for a spin on filter.
Also whats the size to drill the restrictor for a chevy power steering pump, to run a ram assist.

i had an 03 4.3 and just went to the dealer and bought the screw in adapter.that should fix your issue.

i just bought the above adapter for my 93 s10 with a SFA. it was like 8 bucks from the dealer
