Would a D30 and AMC 20 from a quadra-trac jeep (79 CJ7) have positrack function built in or do they need to be attached to the quadra-trac transfer case to be in an all wheel drive use?

I have an opportunity to buy a jeep that has been damaged in the front from an accident and I'm trying to determine what mechanical parts could be of value from a Quadra-trac jeep.
