: 1.6 exhaust flange for custom header

Does anyone make a mounting flange for a 16v to make your own header or am i better off buying a used one and cuttin it up?

None that I know of. Do u have ur stock manifold still? If you do you could get a flange made by coping that and having a water jet or plama cutting shop make one. There is a shop close to my work that dose CNC water jetting, I'm going to have them cut me one for my 8v when its time.

Make your own, It's VERY easy on the 1.6 16v. I took a piece of 1/2" thick metal and used a drill press to make mine. The ports are round so just use a holesaw.
I took my Calmini 1.3 header and cut the flange off it and put the home made flange on it for my 1.6 16v. Worked out great and saved me 250 bucks..
