i agree that the duramax sounds a lot like a damn gas motor....as for which of the PSD and the Cummins sounds better.....the pretty much sound alike...a little bit of difference but not alot....

in my opinion both Cummins and PSD sounds TEN times better straight piped....

The "STROKE" sound kicks ass. Sounds like some real horse power!

Didn't waste my time on the Durasux...

The Dodge sounds like a tractor when it is idling and like crap when it is reved up. By the way the Dodge sounds like a tractor with the stock set up also.

I think the power stroke is quite the joke, its always sounding like it is ready fall apart even at an idle. The phrase rattle trap comes to mind.I would rather pull with a tractor than a school bus anyday!LOLThe cummins just sounds like it means business.:flipoff2:

I love the sounds of the Detroits under a heavy load, especially the 6-71's. As for the rest of them.....well, lets just say that I'm more of a big-block man myself. I'd much rather hear a fuel injected 500+ cu. in. big-block than a something that sounds like it should be baling hay.
