eh. yeah if you have nothing else. i used dodge flat top 44s off a 90 dodge ram and had to hack and cut them up to make them work,

a few problems are

the studs for the spindle part are to small. (can just steal them off a 10bolt)

the part that the spindle rests on is inset a bit, which makes the chevy hardware not mount up unless you cut off a bunch of metal.

the knuckles i had had holes that stuck out like a 1/2 inch to accept the dodge caliper bracket, had to cut them bastards off

the holes for the tie rod ends are smaller then the stock chevy ones. ( i had to re-ream them

other then all that mess yeah they will work. i of course.

also if you only have one knuckle. make sure the driverside your going to use the tie rod end goes in the same way. some go in from the top others from the bottom

heres a picture of the dodge on the right and the 10 bolt on the left, you can see all the garbage i had to cut off on the right of the dodge knuckle

im not quite understanding the questions. but i didnt have to do anything to the actual brake brackets at all. i think i had to bend up those little tabs that stuck out in the back thats it.

but like i said if your mix matching knuckles make sure they are made for the tie rod ends to be installed the same way. if you have one up and one down it wont work
