I'm building a four link front suspension for my tacoma. I was wondering what strength rod ends I need to use on the links. If you have built a link suspension what are you using. I can't decide between 28,000lb 3/4x3/4 ends and 40,000lb 5/8x3/4 ends. Please give me some advice here. There is a significant price difference.

Many people use the 3/4- 3/4 rod ends but they don't last long at all in my opinion. They very rarely break they just get very sloppy. Most people I know whho have built four links recently use 1.25X1.0 Aurora rod ends. You might also look into johnny joints
