Where in Bay are you? I am in Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill, just want to see if its worth the drive.

I'm in Fremont, off mowry and 880. Rt. side has about a 2-3in. tear, but fairly straight. Lt. side is fairly straight but the bot. mounting hole is rusted out, Could use sm. flat bar to fix.

They should be about 6 inches longer that those for a '71. AMC lengthened the engine compartment to fit the inline six.

only 2 or maybe 3" - whatever the wheelbase differance is between the pre '72 (80" or 81") & the newer ones (83")
