It really would not be any different from putting a cage in any other Blazer....or any other enclosed vehicle. Put some thought into it first and be creative. You could search here and look at any FS Blazer cage and adapt those ideas into your vehicle....with different bends. A nice clean idea for starters here:

LOL.....good point. Although, I would assume the body/cab is intact as it would be a major bitch to fab a cage around a tweaked f'd up cab!

Drunk driver hit it from behind at 2am parked in front of my house. Tailgate is done, bumper is done, rear window gone, passenger side rear panel is wrinkled, and the frame has a small bend behind the passenger rear tire. Not sure on the axle, it drove from the tow yard to my house without problems, but its gonna be replaced anyways. body damage was more than the car is worth.

you cant see the rear panel, but the fender flare is warped and so is the body panel

Not as bad as I imagined.....the "interior" seems to be unaffected......post pics as you go along.

cut the roof off, at least in the back part. it will make installing the cage much easier

My buddies suburban. Chopped the top and bobbed the rear. Took 20" out of the rear.

It has gone through quite a transformation in the past year. He is getting more into the rock crawling. It doesnt go in the mud at all. It the past year or so he has chopped the top, cut 20" out of the back, Vortech 454, STAK III, rebuilt the D60 with all 35 spline chromoly axle, superlift bad ass u-joints, Dyantrac hubs, ARB air lockers, had to rebuild the rear with ARB and chromoly shafts after destroying a detroit and breaking a shaft. Also did the 1 3/4" DOM roll cage and lowered it down about 5 inches. Also he just put new wheels and tires on it. 44" TSL up front and 44" boggers in the rear on trailready aluminum beadlocks.
