Sounds like you just need a shift sheet.

If I had hamsters somewhere they don't belong I'd say FUCK MY LIFE to.:D

Pull your shifter out of the t-case and use a small heel bar and shift it manually. Then put in a new shifter sheet and oil it up rel good and reinstall the shifter. I had it happen on two different t-cases. Don't worry.
