Anyone have any close up pics and dimensions of the end that does the dirty work?
I have to rebuild my wifes 9.25 due to a trac-loc coming apart and found out I need to make a tool or two.

I borrowed one from the dealer I worked at to rebuild the 9 1/4 in my old ramcharger ~15 years ago, it is nothing more than a large hex rod. I do not remember the size of the hex, but once you get that, you can get the correct size nut, and weld it to a piece of bar stock or threaded rod. pretty simple. I wish I remembered the size though:shaking:

i made mine for work its an 32mm nut and about 45in of 1/2 in gas pipe there is another nut welded to the out side to turn it with mine is stupid long but i have never took the time to shorten it
Here is the inner part of the axle it it helps.

Mine are made from 3/4 gas pipe with 1" nut that were beveled with a grinder so that you cant push the nut through the adjuster. The other end is a bolt welded in so a socket fits over it. I might be able to get some pics of the adjusters if needed.
