Keep replacing the unit bearings maybe???:flipoff2::flipoff2:

I wish there was something available that was cheaper than the freespin kit. I'd really have to put on a lot of miles before it would pay for itself.

I'm not sure exactly how they did it, but on my fathers D60 they put the good ol' bearings on the new knuckles with the new brakes. They drilled 4 holes in the spindles to mount them with the same holes as the stock unit bearings. I'm nut sure but they might have turned down the spindle where it sits inside the knuckle. It's tight inside the knuckle just as it should be so we have no worries at all. Then the brake caliper is aligned with some shims. They've done it on dozens of trucks and I've never heard about any troubles. Most of those trucks are running 38" to 49" tires.

It's a shop here in Iceland so I guess it's not an option for you to have them do it...:D
But I can try to find out exactly what parts are used...

For the record, it's "Dynatrac"
Poly performance sells parts/ for Solid Axle
From another thread about Ford Balljoint 60's:
http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=681710

here is what he is talking about

http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/D60-Ball-Joint-High-Steer-Arms-p-2693.html

the knuckle will fit your axle but you will also have to buy all the stuff in this kit to make it work.

Its going to cost an F ton. I say you just buy the dynatrac free spin kit and go full hydro with a double ended ram. but thats just my thought.
