OK. I'm gonna redo my rear shock mounts and bumpstops to allow for more up travel. I know John's and Hobie's rigs don't even run bumpstops but how much up travel are you allowing for on the shocks? When I set the rig up I allowed for 4.5" of up travel which has since turned into about 3" of up travel which isn't nearly enough. So TG 5" people what are you allowing for up travel?
Thx.
it depends on how your springs are setup.:p
how much up travel do you need? do you plan on over arching the springs?
if your setup will only flat the springs, then put the bottom of the shock housing above where the spring flats and there you go.

Our shocks will outdroop and outstuff the springs. Our tires hit the chassis so that's my bumpstop.:D

No bumpstops. As said above, frame is the bumpstop.
14" Bilsteins...w/ no shaft in rear.
