May 17, Dayton Tn. Strawberry Festival Parade

Join Randy Torbett and the local Dayton 4 Wheel Drive club and partcipate in the biggest festival and parade in eastern TN.

About 30,000 come to Dayton for this festival, the local club and property owners will be handing out fliers and showing off their rigs.

The festival has a car show, bands, street fair and all sorts of activies.

Dayton is the home of Buckaroo Publications (festival sponsor) which puts out the 4x4 Builders Mag.

We need a pickup with sideboards on it running in the parade just in front of the crawlers with giant banners that say something to the effect of W.E.ROCK Pro National Rockcrawling - Dayton May 31-June 1!

Our local club used to run in a parade & in addition to the banner, they had walkers with hundreds & hundreds of B&W fliers that they handed out to the folks on the sidewalks. Be sure to include some candy for the little ones if you don't want your fliers thrown away though :laughing::laughing:

That Has Been Taken Care Of Banners Have Been Made For Torbett's Rollback And George Negron's Truck AND THE LOCAL CHEERLEADER WILL BE WALKING THRU HANDING OUT FLIERS . Also There Will Be Big Banners On All Four Main Roads Leading To Comp Site And Smaller Ones One For Each Turn You Will Have To Make . I Have Personally Put Out Over 1000 Large Posters In A 50 Mile Radius Surrounding The Comp Site. I Don't Think Anyone Has Ever Put This Much Advertising Out . Plus I Have It On All The Local Tv Chanels On Their Event Calendars And The Local News Papers . We Should Have A Really Big Turn Out. Hope Everyone Is Ready To Put On A Spectular Show For All The Spectators. With All The Feed Back We Are Already Getting I Think This Will Be Big............

We Had 6 Crawlers Go Thru The Parade On Saturday. We Handed Out 1000 Fliers. The Parade Was A Huge Success. Everyone Had A Great Time With Torbett Leading The Way Thru, This Was The Best Turn Out For The Parade In Years .
