I know of the Mojave Desert Trail and White Rim Canyon.

What are some other 4x4 (offroad) Expedition trails in the US? I'm looking for 3 day (or longer) trails with no gas or food and that would require four wheel drive.

Is it just those two? I'm not talking about random forest roads, but actual trails. I'm in CO now, but I'm moving to Charlotte soon. Anyone know of any trails like that ANYWHERE in the South?

I don't know for sure but its not real likely that you will find enough open space to drive for too long w/o hittin' pavement.

There is the Oregon Back Country Trail. It is in eastern Oregon and runs the entire North South distance. There may be pavement to cross and minor opportunity to use the 4x. Mostly is just scenic. Or so I have heard.

The goose lake Jeep Trail just outside of Yellowstone is a very nice trail to get away from everyone and see the old mines.
