Hey guys,

This is a top secret operation, so I can't say much, but...

I need to know my options for a front bumper for a Disco or Range Rover (preferably Disco, but I know that it'll fit and whatever...)

Requirements:

Needs to look nice (i.e. production type bumper, or NICE one-off)

Needs to allow a 9000i style winch to be easily seen and mounted vertically.
(i.e. NOT ARB)

Needs to be able to get to Portland SOON.

Needs to be able to get used for a photo shoot and returned with minimal wear marks (perhaps a winch might also be attatched).

Any suggestions??? (time is kind of the essense)

BTW, this is NOT intended to spark a 'which bumper is best' thread, rather I'm looking for ALL options of a slim trim sexy looking Disco bumper that will accept a 9000i *style* winch.

Yes this is for Warn.

Mike, DI or DII? If it's DII, you could use mine, but it mounts an 8274. Very clean and tidy, though.;)

ok so warn is coming out with a new winch, and mike is shooting it on a discovery that he needs a nice looking bumper for?

i vote rovertym, but i dunno what his time frame is. i think that the slimline style with no A bar would look awesome for that purpose (its what i have on the range rover).

but i just read on his homepage that due to a health issue he will be working reduced hours for the next two weeks :(

D1 or DII I don't really care, but on this end it'll be easier to get a 'donor' D1 for the shoot.

REMEMBER this is top secret guys!

Does Rockware make a Disco bumper???

So I guess that means my 8274 bumper is out of the question? So much for my 15 minutes of fame.:(

damn those rovertym bumpers are sweet, I'd get one of those if possible.
Mike if you need something modified to be more visable I bet my "boys" can help hook you up. Also I'll be over there all night tonight.
Drop me a line if you need a hand
