Drilling Leaf Springs [Archive]

O.k. I want to move my front axle forward about 1" to 1.5" I have seen the ORD blocks that do this, but it requires you to drill another hole or slot the plate that you clamp the spring with. I dont like this idea. Has anybody drilled a new hole for the spring centering pin?

Do you think the old hole would make it prone to cracking there?

Any ideas or suggestions on this?

DRILL IT IN THE PERCH...

or get those offset things from allpro

oh, no big deal on drillin the plate hole but yea - will need to do that..
