WHERE can I get the whole set up?????????? Its going in a 79 (REAR AXLE DANA 70)f250 with 43.5 tires is there a kit ? I talked to boyce and no luck. THANKS:confused:

Newer E250-350 vans come w/ D70 rears and disc brakes from the factory. I saw a D70 w/ discs on it in the junk yard last week, looked like it had been sitting out of the vehicle a while but even w/ all the rust it was still pretty sexy.

That's probably a Ford 10.50 you saw- metric bolt pattern.

please correct my misinformation but, isnt the 10.5" the same housing as a 10.25"?? and dont the D60 and D70 us the same diff cover?? If so then it was definately a disc broke D70.

Don't know of anybody making a complete kit. When I put discs on my 70, I bought TSM brackets for the 60 and used Ford rotors and GM calipers and mounted the brackets behind the axle flange. Easy enough to do on your own! :D :flipoff2:
