yes i did my homework on the search.
has anyone towed or know of anyone who has towed with a 78-79 Bronco? that is what i used to wheel with, untill my wife bought the jeep. i would like to try to have the jeep and a sport bike on the same trailer bike in front sideways. just wandering.

Not exactly the same as you are asking about, but I used to tow with a 95 Bronco and I was happy with it for what it was :)

I have towed a 30' park model travel trailer up the Coquahala 17kms 12ish miles of 12 to 14% with little to no problems. corners under hard braking were uh... ugly. Broncos too short for that crap ;o) just give it a bit of trailer brake with your hand. If you have to I didn't like it set too hard cause if I touched the brakes in a corner it tended to pull the back end causeing the front to under steer. Once you find the sweet spot it was a great tow rig I could back it up anywhere. If you have the hard top off it might be a bit worse.

Thanks for the Info. it puts me at ease knowing someone out there has done this. Now all i have to do is get a trailer.

A buddy of mine did this with decent luck, like others said, just use the trailer brakes with your hand for more control. Also seems it would depend on the lift of the bronco, if any.
