Is Walker Evans still about the best 15"? I don't want Poison Spider, Stuans or steel rims for a few reasons and would like to stay in the price of the Evans wheels or less. Is anything better or as good and why? Do any do a better job controlling the inner bead without going to a full double bead lock?
