Well the chick that was going to take it fell through. Well actually she kept saying she was going to get it and then just quit calling. Pissed me off! If she doesn't want it that's fine but at least let me know so I can explore other avenues!

Okay to avoid the dumbass questions from last time.

I have an old approx. 500 sq ft house. It would make a great hunting cabin or materials for one. It is FREE! Yes you must move it or tear it down. NO THE LAND DOES NOT COME WITH IT! YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE IT OR TEAR IT DOWN! The only condition is you MUST take everything. Every scrap, block, nail, and piece of trash down to the smallest bit.

Sorry for yelling but you cannot imagine the dumbass PM's I got last time I tried to give this away. Pm me and I can send a few pics. But don't get to pissy about pics....Damn it a free house! Oh yeah, Its in northwest Arkansas

AMEN! If ya don't want free lumber or a free house then STFU. It will cost $2000 to have this house moved. I checked. So for 2 grand someone can have a hunting cabin with everything. Fridge, tub, toilet, kitchen cabinets, hot water heater, etc.

Ya know the more I re-read the posts above the more they piss me off. I could put a damn match to this today and be rid of it by this Wednesday. I got a dozer standing by to knock it down, burn it, and then bury whats left. Clean, simple and cheap. But I hate to be wasteful and I know someone can use this lumber. Excuse the hell out of me for trying to help out a fellow 4x4-er.

actually where I am at it's cheaper we just looked at lumber prices for my dads house built in 97 and mine and framing material and all sheet goods were less.
