No. You have a 30RH (4 cylinder) or 32RH (6 cylinder) 3 speed. The 2004 ia a 4 speed and it's not just a bolt-in...

The TF 904 is the Chrysler 30RH.

Problem is the 2004 does not use the same engine as your 2002. The 2004 uses a 2.4L Chrysler World engine. This is a FWD engine converted to N-S for the Jeep. I believe the engine uses a different bell housing bolt pattern as well. The transmission is a 42 RLE 4-speed.
