I just tried to book a room at the Days Inn because of it being on a holiday weekend and found out, they are sold out. So we ended up getting a room at the american best value inn. There isn't much as far as hotels for Jellico, just wanted to let the rest of you know in case you haven't made your arrangements yet.

Williamsburg, KY is an 11 mile trek from Jellico. I know some competitors have stayed there in the past.

Did you try the Jellico Motel. It looks shady as heck from outside but it actually is a really neat place to stay. A bunch of us just stayed there for the XRRA event and had a blast. We pitched an easy up outside the motel room, grilled some food, and drank some cold beer:smokin: They didn't say a thing. Later that night things got a little out of hand:p and nobody said a word. Actually, when the cops showed up the lady at the front desk ran out and told the cops to leave her tenants alone!!!

We usually go to the water park in Williamsburg, KY so staying there isn't that big a deal. Plus there are more places to eat after the days event.

I was just able to book a room for the days inn in jellico, so if anyone else hasn't made reservations yet they may have a few more rooms.
