Do you have 32-spline shafts? If not, then what the point?

That seems pretty overkill for a Dana 20 even with the 32 spline shafts. Unless you're dealing with an excessive driveshaft angle problem I wouldnt waste your time and money on them.

conversion joint. What is the biggest a person can get on a dana 20?

Just did this on the CJ7 project ....

Without upgrading to a different T/C or buying the heavy duty 32 spline shaft ...... remember this is not my rig.:flipoff2:

So..... I bought this flange that you can get from Jesse @ High Angle. You have to make sure your rear output shaft is not 10 spline, it must be the 26 spline. It took me a couple weeks to find the 26 spline dana 20 output. With this flange I now can bolt up a 1350 CV head. The output seal is different too.

The fact is that you will still probably snap the "stock" dana 20 (even a 26 spline rear output shaft) while running 1350 or 1410 size ujoints.

On this CJ7 project, it will be running a rear 1350 CV head at the T/C and a 1350 at the GM 14 bolt. The front driveline will most likely be a 1310 at the T/C with a 1350 conversion at the dana 60 pinion:homer:

This is the newer 26 spline rear output with flange....

:homer:

PS: The largest conversion ujoint.......

for a 1310 stock ujoint tc yoke......

I believe is the 1310/1350 conversion ujoint... Neapco 3-3140:flipoff2:

I dunno if the Dana 20 26 spline is the same as the dana 300 26 spline but if it is, these guys (http://www.driveshaftsuperstore.com/Transfercase_and_differential_end_yokes.htm) have em but theyre pretty expensive at $165 each

Call Jesse at Highangle Driveline. If it is out there, he can get it. If it is a waste of time, he will tell you as well. Good luck.
