Well the melt was a blast but in the rocks 4:16 and 4:57
just are not low enough with 33 so here is the new plan
3.652 x 2.268 x 4.16 x 5.71 and if money permits 1 t-case will get either another 4.1 or 4.89 so here is the outcome 196.74 total or 350.53 or 418.08 this sounds like a good solution to burning up clutches so lets here if there holes in the theory

I here ya. I just took the gearing plunge. I am at 114:1, and it is really nice. 5.8 R&P's would give you 130:1 wth a 6:1 t-case. In my opinion, the 300 and 400 numbers are overkill. What are your plans for getting dual Sami t-cases in there?

Well at the melt I ran with Flipper most of the weekend and he was running dual sam cases didnt look to be that big of a deal
front case mated to the intrmediate shaft with the single joint and clocked up so shifter comes out side of trans tunnel that puts breather pointing up and he uses a couple hose clamps arond the rubber on the shifter to keep the fluids in, back case clocked flat (even) with the frame rails 1" spacer between the two t-case flanges. It goona take some mod but for the price cant beat it who Knows I might come up with a bucket to configure a dual setup for all to have I have one more run this year to make (promised my duaghter she could go and then its tear apart time
Motor, drivline, axles the works so Ill have plenty of stuff going up for sale promised Mud/m the x-over if he doesnt build his own but axles axles with birf rings, spring pads front rubber brk lines, possibly my breeze trac-bar tires and 2"b.s wheels and rear YJ kit
also if any body is interested I am makin front long slip shafts now they range from any compression to roughly 23" ext.

the sidekick tranny is 3.652, kick case=1.8, sammy case=2.27, 2.72, 4.16, 4.89, 6.1, and r&P.....
all stock 3.652, 1.8, 2.27, 3.73 = 55.6:1 with all stock gears....
