Has any one been all the way through yet?

Not sure. We went from Indian Springs to Winch Hill 3 last weekend. I'm planning on going in committee Saturday and heading up to Meadow. If I do I'll let everybody know what the trail looks like.

Won't do you any good. Although I'll be home Saturday night I don't have internet access there. Unless you want to PM me your phone number and I can give you a call Saturday night you're just going to have to chance it after Winch Hill 3.

Please keep in mind that the mud hole (isn't really a mud hole yet just water) at mile 6.25 is kind of deep. We had a Jeep on 33's that made it through by just keeping his speed up a bit.

Don't bypass this area please!

Actually even if you bypassed the first part you still have to go through another deep section and there is no way to bypass IT.

So be prepared if you go.

We've already told everyone going to be prepared for the water holes. We will not bypass anything and we will stick to the trail. We strictly enforce that in our club (Gold Hills Posse).

I will be up their this weekend as well, I will take lots of pic's. Going in thru Fordyce, thru committee and to meadow and back.
Will not know for sure till tommorow night if I will be going.

A couple of guys from Reno made it all the way through. They said the worst part I believe was just getting out from Meadow Lake to hwy 89. They said there was lots of snow up there still and it was PITA.

Quick update.

The trail is clear all the way through to Hwy 89. The mud holes are passable, only one rig had to winch out. There is only patchy snow past the lake but we drove through it in 2WD. Watch out for the mosquitos and flys.
