three link rear suspension on coils
231 buick V6
turbo 350 trans
toyota gear box
40" ground hawgs on 16.5's
All major cage work is 2" dom the rest is 1 3/4 dom except a few braces

well anything else just ask an i'll try to keep it going an current now
oh yeah it started as a 60 willy's mail jeep

Wondering about the thickness of the coil mounts? Be careful with the thickness of those. The heavier axles tear apart suspension parts pretty fast.

What your height and skid plate clearance measurement? Looks a little tall, might be able to lower it a couple inches by reducing size of the front leaf mounts and mounting the rear upper coil plate a little higher.

why ground hawgs? why make it LHD like almost every other rig in the US, why the funky little bends in the back tubing and why are the door bars so high?

the rear mounts are still in works i would have liked to go a little lower but ran out of room when it flexes, the ground hawgs were free an they fit so for now they'll have to do once i get it on the trail an save some cash the wheels an tires will be the next thing, the bend was to be different, I like it. When i say shitty front end I mean all a 44 hd is, is a 8 lug 44 the axles are still the same as a regular d44. I plan on running bead locked 40-42 so i want the d60 up front. An as far as the leafs go there only there till i get the 60 I want to link it as soon as possible.hope that answers most of the comments an to all i really appreciate the feed back thanks keep it coming. any suggestion keep them coming

Get rid of the 44 up frunt put the 60 in. I think it is tall to if I could I would lower my gig but the rocks preavent that.

Well as for updates got my rear gears done last night almost done boxing in the frame tranny lines ran should have spacers finished today for the tranny. Yeah an my flanes should be here today for my damn drive lines so i can finish those. other then that work is slowing me down. :mad3:

a few things, your door bars suck, sorry, but they dont really offer any strength, and are a bitch to get over, your bars behind the seat dont really offer any side load support, if they continued on to the frame that would be a different story, where are all of the X's? and how do your rear springs stay put? also what are you doing for rear fender bars? where are your seat belts? harnesses? what about a cowl bar? I think I saw some shocks in there, but are they even connected? these are all things that need to be addressed, I plan on coming down and offering a hand, but its hard working with the handicapped, trust me I know! :D what is your target weight? and get some new pics, something for us to criticize :flipoff2:

well under it's own power might be detained a few days i'm starting to have issues with the V-6 so i'm looking into a small block i have that i know is go an will bolt right up to my tranny. but who knows As of right now i'm working on getting every other little lose end tied up.
